Farid was amazing! We had an emergency plumbing issue, Superior Plumbing and Heating dispatched our technician Farid the same day (even during a snowstorm!). He quickly assessed the issue, had to do a quick parts run, but got us fixed up in record time with a high quality craftmanship.

Kyle performed a difficult hydro-jet cleaning project to unclog our kitchen sink. He was very professional and honest about the difficulty of the process, as our pipes are old and difficult to navigate. After the job was complete, he noticed that our kitchen faucet had lost its original water pressure. Kyle tried to fix the problem on the spot, but was unable to identify the cause. He took full responsibility and promised to come back the following day and fix the problem. The next day, he brought a new kitchen faucet and installed it. Kyle went above and beyond and was very professional in the process.
