What a pleasure to work with this company! We had an issue with water leaking into the basement, after the SP team did their troubleshooting, we foudn the root cause was a snapped T pipe coming from the kitchen sink. I called the company the day of a major snow storm, Adam came the same day, just a couple hours after my call to look into the problem. Adam was very good at his diagnostic and at explaining the process to get the issue fixed. Once we agreed to proceed, Raz came by a couple hours later, SAME DAY! It took a couple hours to resolve the problem and flush the drains for peace of mind in the future. Everything went well and the team was tidy and caring about our questions and concerns., Finally I have peace of mind. I can’t say enough about SP and the team of professionals they have. I was impressed all around, especially at how quickly they were here and their professionalism to get the issue resolved. Thank you! I will definetely keep their number handy if I have any future problems.

I rarely complete reviews of service providers, but this is an exception. Nick, from Superior Plumbing provided excellent service to my wi-fi connected sump pump system. He was prompt, courteous, and kept us well informed through the entire process. It was also obvious that he was competent and skilled for the task at hand. Thank-you Nick and Superior Plumbing.
