Kurtis came out within an hour of my call. He took the time to go through all the options for the project and answered every question I had (which were many).

Serge and partner came in within the time frame predicted. We had an issue with the tub spout, while removing the old spout, the copper pipe broke in the wall. We called them at approximately 7 pm last night and they were here the next day at 12 pm. They had the material required to repair the plumbing and were able to install the new spout in no time. Yes, we would recommend them to family and friends. Of course we need to replace the tub surround since it was the only way to get to the plumbing.
