I’m so pleased with the service we got from Superior Plumbing. They were excellent. I called them about a broken flow valve in the toilet tank and they had Kurtis out the same day to have a look at it. Kurtis was extremely friendly and professional. He had great customer service skills explaining everything he needed to fix and options we had. Kurtis fixed the problem quickly and did a great job. I would definitely recommend Kurtis and this company for any plumbing problems. The only issue I had was with the receptionist-I could hardly hear them and they were extremely difficult to understand. Maybe it was their headset or a bad phone line but it sounded like they were mumbling. Otherwise, everything was great! 😊
