We recently had a service call with Superior Plumbing and the whole experience was very positive. A plumber was dispatched the day we called. Farid called to say he was on his way and did a full diagnosis of the issue, explained the work that needed to be done and the cost. Because the issue couldn’t be resolved that day, the office promptly called the next day to set up another appointment. We appreciated that once again it was Farid who was dispatched. He was very thorough in his work and did not leave until he checked and double checked that the issue had been fixed. Farid was courteous and explained everything he was doing. Communication with the client is key and I would give this company an A+ for the experience from start to finish.

Called Superior Plumbing and was greeted by Adam, one of the technicians. Adam was very attentive, clear in his communication, and went above and beyond to try and locate the source of the issue. Adam’s recommendations were honest and experienced.
