Oct 11, 2023The first person we met came to look at the problems. He was very professional, and was able to identify the cause very quickly. He also proposed several possibilities including my own quick fix for one of the issues (which I did and it worked!) I received an estimate so I knew what to expect. The next day the workers came and did the work efficiently. They were respectful and were able to identify additional problems which became evident once the work began – the joys of an old house! Anyway – they needed to come a 2nd day but finally everything was repaired and is now working great! I will definitely use this company again when future plumbing issues arise.

Fayaz is also a diligent manager of his company and dedicated to his employees. there was some miscommunication at first but has been resolved – i really appreciated that. the effort to find a practical solution was very helpful.

Oct 18, 2023Our tankless heater went down and over the course of several days Superior had 2 different techs come out to try and repair. Superior had to contact the manufacturer who also sent a tech out but was unsuccessful in repairing. After the manufacturer failed to rectify Superior stepped up and replaced the unit themselves. Special thanks go out to manager Samantha and tech Daniel who really helped to get us up and running again.
