During the deep freeze days last week, we ended up having a home plumbing emergency and looked for someone to come help. Fortunately, we had Cole from Superior Plumbing come out to support us – on the same day – when we were available. He took the time to make sure he understood what was going on and then explained it to us. He even took the time to explain it to my 3 year old who was soooo interested in the plumber who came to save our bathroom. He was thorough, cleaned up after himself, and super kind. We have a favourite plumber for any of our future needs – and would definitely recommend him to anyone else who is looking for a great plumber.

Ray came out to check on my aging Sears water softener that was not regularly recharging. Ray did some preliminary testing and did a factory reset which allowed it to recharge again. We shall see how that works out, and Ray did quote me on a new unit if we decide to do that. Ray came when he said he would, was very friendly, knowledgeable and easy to ask questions. Thank you.
