Jun 10, 2024Cole, the technician arrived promptly on time at the beginning of the assigned 2 hour window for our appointment. This was amazing since my 1st call to Superior Plumbing was only 1.5 hrs earlier. The tech came and was courteous and friendly. He explained all of the options/pricing to me and answered all of my questions clearly. It was actually a good time with him since I’m pretty handy myself and very appreciative of working trades people who are not only skilled but efficient as well. The price was a little pricier than anticipated but with their policy of same day service we appreciate everything that it took to resolve the drain blockages and allowed us to get back to our lives in normal fashion. Great service guys. Keep it up.
