Apr 11, 2024Made the call early afternoon and George showed up within the timeframe indicated. After a quick assessment uncovering the original setup of my kitchen sink pipes and what’s causing the blockage, he clearly highlighted where the issues were and how to fix it. With the original set up of the pipes not up-to-code (came with the house unfortunately), I’m now face with this extensive issue that is costly but George was very straightforward and provided clarity of what should be done so that the problem can be avoided. He quickly got us booked first thing the following morning to get his guys in to get the job done. The work may be expensive and here’s hoping that this is one and done. Will come back and update the review after the work is done tomorrow if needed. UPDATE: so the work was done today. George is simply THE BEST in securing his top “go-to” plumber (Andrew). He was courteous, efficient and, on top of it, very clean!!! He tidied up his work and even did a lot of wiping / scrubbing the floor as well as cabinets. So far I’m extremely happy. NOTE: I would agree with some of the comments made by “not-so happy” customers about the cost. I’ve had some quotes from others and the cost is somewhere between $500 to close to a $1000 difference. They appear to charge at the higher end of the scale. BUT, I still went with them. The biggest reason is because George was given ample of instances to take full advantage that can drive the cost even higher OR include “work” that may not be necessary. He did NOT took the bait! He was quick to declare when things are NOT needed or necessary to be touched. He even offered other tactics for me to do to further ensure the job is done right! Andrew was the same. Both friendly, honest and straight to the point. No “bull crap”…it’s a small price I was willing to pay to get my peace of mind. THANK YOU!
Mar 21, 2024I contacted Superior as my toilet was leaking – the gaskets in the tank were loose and I tried to fix it myself but didn’t have the right tools or just me. I really needed my toilet fixed that day and the plumber arrived right in the middle of the time window provided. For him it was a quick fix…for me not so much. The plumber was courteous, professional and took the time to explain what he did (and why what I did didn’t work). I needed my toilet, so while it was a quick fix to me it was worth the service fee as the leaking was significant. Very happy with Superior.
