Bruce was amazing!! We had a leak in the kitchen and could not figure it out. Bruce checked it, fixed it, and repeatedly checked it before leaving. Price was fair, and so convenient to have service on Saturday. Helped us with our hot water line also that was not running well. Gave us some advice about our hot water heater also! We discovered that our sump pump was running continously with smoke coming from it on Saturday afternoon. We had been flooded a year prior due to a power outage and our entire basement flooded ruining our finished basement so we were greatly concerned with it happening again. We reached out to Superior Plumbing and they were very quick to schedule us an appointment the same day. Sean arrived and was very professional and helpful from the beginning. He assessed our problem quickly, gave us our quote and installed our new sump within and hour and a half. He cleaned up after himself and set our minds to ease with our new pump. I cannot thank Sean and Superior enough for coming to the rescue on such short notice and I would happily recommend them to anyone with sump pump issues.

It seemed to be a long, hard job and the plumber worked late to complete the job and ensured that everything was working as it should.
