I had my parents toilet replaced by Superior Plumbing. Overall it was a good experience and Kurtis was communicative during the process. The quality of work was also very good. Having said that, I do take issue with their review practices. I received a call after the completion of their service with an offer of $30 off the price if I left a 5 star review. This is not in the spirit of fairness. A review should be independent of monetary exchange. It should be based on the client’s experience, good or bad. As soon as there is an exchange of monies, the review is inherently biased. Please stop these practices and simply do good work that will speak for itself.
