May 14, 2024We called the Kingston store and were immediately set up with a same day appointment. Eric called us a half hour prior to arriving to let us know he was on his way. He was very knowledgeable and provided us with options to resolve the current issues as well as advice moving forward. Eric completed the work in a timely manner and was extremely pleasant, courteous and trustworthy. Plumbing costs are expensive – no two ways about it – but it helps lessen the blow when you are provided with the level of customer service Eric provided us!
