Jan 19, 2024I was very pleased with Adam. He was very pleasant and got the job done. The only problem was that he was supposed to be there 24 hrs prior to coming, but, in all fairness to Adam, it wasn’t his fault. There was an emergency which was beyond his control. But, I had to keep calling to find out if someone was still coming. I had to delay a trip to help my sister in the hospital for a day. I was very confused when I called and the person answering the phone said “Hi”. I wasn’t sure if I had the right number.i expected the phone to be answered more professionally, like stating the name of the company. All in all, the job got done and Adam was very nice and efficient. I would recommend them. Happy New Year to you and your staff. Jane Poirier
