Called in the morning asking for new plumbing under the kitchen sink of an old house. Within hours, they sent a very polite and knowledgeable technician, named Bruce. In a very respectful manner, he gave me a needed education about kitchen plumbing. Consequently, I took his advice, and he did a great job. I know it is under the sink, but it looks and works 100x better than the old plumbing. For my next job, I will ask specifically for Bruce.

Kurtis was very helpful and knowledgeable when he came to assess my hot water tank. Unfortunately the tank had to be replaced, but the installers came out within a few hours and quickly got the job done. I have a couple of minor ‘workmanship’ issues to report back to the company, but I’m happy with the tank and that I have hot water again. I would recommend.
