Best furnace repair in Whitchurch-Stouffville

Called Superior in the morning. They had someone at our place within a couple hours. Hunter called us about half an hour before coming. He arrived and was extremely friendly and professional. He solved our plumbing issue very quickly, and the work was perfect. We will definitely be calling Superior again given this fantastic level of service.

The tec did their job they snaked the toilet then they did the hydrojet then took photos and explained everything to me and was very helpful

Had George come to my place to look at a potential issue. He explained everything very well and made it easy to understand. While there didn’t end up being any maintenance required, he explained it very well and informed me on things to look out for.

Bruce came on the same day of the service call and was able to replace the toilet next day. Service was fast and reliable.

My only complaint was lack of communication from this company’s office. I had arranged a service call for a Tuesday and was given my appt for between 10-2. By 2, I hadn’t heard from anyone. I called the office twice, once it was disconnected and the second time, no one answered. Thankfully the service technician called me to tell me he was running quite behind. He called again to say that he ended up at the wrong address, trust me, that has happened many times being part of the amalgamation with Hamilton. But, by that time, it was going to be quite late, so he offered to make me his first appt on Wed, but he needed to speak to the office. And I heard nothing until I called the office around 12:30 today to see what was happening. The young man called to say he would be late due to an office meeting. He did finally arrive, and he apologized profusely for all the mix ups. His work was STELLAR, but communication with the office was horrendous! I have usually always had the office call to keep me updated. Brian was a fantastic technician and he even fixed another problem I had been having. His work was absolutely worth the wait. Thank you to Brian!!
