We discovered that our sump pump was running continously with smoke coming from it on Saturday afternoon. We had been flooded a year prior due to a power outage and our entire basement flooded ruining our finished basement so we were greatly concerned with it happening again. He assessed our problem quickly, gave us our quote and installed our new sump within and hour and a half. He cleaned up after himself and set our minds to ease with our new pump. The first person we met came to look at the problems. He was very professional, and was able to identify the cause very quickly. He also proposed several possibilities including my own quick fix for one of the issues (which I did and it worked!) I received an estimate so I knew what to expect. The next day the workers came and did the work efficiently. They were respectful and were able to identify additional problems which became evident once the work began – the joys of an old house! Anyway – they needed to come a 2nd day but finally everything was repaired and is now working great! I will definitely use this company again when future plumbing issues arise.
