We had Ryan in the Sarnia-Lambton area. He was fabulous. He came out on a Friday, but we needed the town to fix their meter issues. Ryan even followed up with the town and us the Monday following. Highly recommend!!

Replacement of my old hot water heater was quick and easy. The crew were respectful of our carpets and surroundings. When completed, they took the time to explain what was done. Was pleasantly surprised to get a follow up call the next day ensuring everything was working well.

We called Superior plumbing after having hot water issue’s. Jeremy was excellent… arrived on time, was honest with the issue we had and even provided photos and videos of our hot water tank and thoroughly explained and educated us on what had happened. After providing a very fair quote, our old tank was exchanged and our new tank was installed all before end of business day! Professional, arrived on time and provided excellent honest service! Superior Plumping will be our go to company for all of our commercial repairs!

Brian Aguilar came by today to help fix our sump pump. He was courteous, professional, knowledgeable and was very efficient in fixing what we needed. Sean was amazing! He did the inspection, explained what needed to happen. The work could not be done that day, so we booked another appointment for the next day. He was prompt, and again explained what he was doing. He was quick and efficient while being extremely polite. Simply amazing!

have a commercial drainage issue. George was very professional and offered a solution-based approach, not just hard-selling. Fayaz is also a diligent manager of his company and dedicated to his employees. there was some miscommunication at first but has been resolved – i really appreciated that. the effort to find a practical solution was very helpful.

Our tankless heater went down and over the course of several days Superior had 2 different techs come out to try and repair. Superior had to contact the manufacturer who also sent a tech out but was unsuccessful in repairing. After the manufacturer failed to rectify Superior stepped up and replaced the unit themselves. Special thanks go out to manager Samantha and tech Daniel who really helped to get us up and running again.
