Imagine the challenge, one of the hottest days of the summer and our A/C unit failed. We contacted Superior Plumbing & Heating of Toronto that morning, they had someone out to us later in the morning who talked us through what had happened, why it had happened and offered us a range of solution. Then later in the afternoon, they had the technicians with us to remove our old unit and install another. They worked until late in the evening to get it just right for us. They were very professional and then dealing with them afterwards to settle the bill, they were also excellent! Will for sure use again for any of our plumbing or heating needs!

I’m so pleased with the service we got from Superior Plumbing. They were excellent. I called them about a broken flow valve in the toilet tank and they had Kurtis out the same day to have a look at it. Kurtis was extremely friendly and professional. He had great customer service skills explaining everything he needed to fix and options we had. Kurtis fixed the problem quickly and did a great job. I would definitely recommend Kurtis and this company for any plumbing problems. The only issue I had was with the receptionist-I could hardly hear them and they were extremely difficult to understand. Maybe it was their headset or a bad phone line but it sounded like they were mumbling. Otherwise, everything was great! 😊
