I overall enjoyed my experience with Superior Plumbing. They responded to my request quickly and had a technician at my home the next morning. The work was done well and the technician was polite and tidy. My only reason for not giving 5 stars is they phoned me the next day and offered me a 30 dollar rebate to write a positive review. This practice seems disingenuous to me.

Adam was absolutely fantastic. He arrived incredibly quickly on a Saturday and fixed our problem within an hour. He was friendly, respectful and communicative regarding what the issue with our plumbing was. I would high recommend Adam at Superior Plumbing Toronto.

The service was quick and professional, we called with a plumbing issue and they had someone over within an hour. Kevin was very professional when he arrived, assessed the issue and gave us multiple options for the repairs. We would definitely use Kevin services in the future..

Very friendly service; they called ahead of time to ensure we were ready for them. Representative left his number so we could follow up easily and we texted throughout the day to ensure arrival time of installers and to confirm details of install. Would have said five stars other than the fact that we had to spend the whole day at home because installers had a flat tire on the way and so installation was delayed. Otherwise a very positive experience.

Sean did a great job. He cleared the kitchen sink drain with the hydro jet, but then push the sludge further down stream, blocking the main drain line. He almost had to remove the basement toilet to unblock the line, worked hard at snaking the kitchen sink drain line to finally unblock the main drain. He showed me what the flushing brought back and explained the cause of the blockage. Highly recommended.
