Had an emergency situation and called Superior Plumbing. Had a plumber sent within 2 hours. Adam was amazing. Cannot speak more highly of Adam and the service overall!

Ray came out to check on my aging Sears water softener that was not regularly recharging. Ray did some preliminary testing and did a factory reset which allowed it to recharge again. We shall see how that works out, and Ray did quote me on a new unit if we decide to do that. Ray came when he said he would, was very friendly, knowledgeable and easy to ask questions. Thank you.

We discovered that our sump pump was running continously with smoke coming from it on Saturday afternoon. We had been flooded a year prior due to a power outage and our entire basement flooded ruining our finished basement so we were greatly concerned with it happening again. We reached out to Superior Plumbing and they were very quick to schedule us an appointment the same day. Sean arrived and was very professional and helpful from the beginning. He assessed our problem quickly, gave us our quote and installed our new sump within and hour and a half. He cleaned up after himself and set our minds to ease with our new pump. I cannot thank Sean and Superior enough for coming to the rescue on such short notice and I would happily recommend them to anyone with sump pump issues.

They removed an old tankless hot water heater and installed a new one. It seemed to be a long, hard job and the plumber worked late to complete the job and ensured that everything was working as it should. He even swept and mopped the floor in his work area before leaving. Very knowledgeable and professional.
