From the moment I called, their customer service was outstanding—polite, professional, and prompt. The technician arrived on time, was incredibly knowledgeable, and tackled the issue. They took the time to explain the problem and offered practical solutions without any pressure to take it. Razeq Attar was professional and left our bathroom as good as new after finishing the repar job and showing us what was completed. Couldnt recommend them more!! 5 stars

My only complaint was lack of communication from this company’s office. I had arranged a service call for a Tuesday and was given my appt for between 10-2. By 2, I hadn’t heard from anyone. I called the office twice, once it was disconnected and the second time, no one answered. Thankfully the service technician called me to tell me he was running quite behind. He called again to say that he ended up at the wrong address, trust me, that has happened many times being part of the amalgamation with Hamilton. But, by that time, it was going to be quite late, so he offered to make me his first appt on Wed, but he needed to speak to the office. And I heard nothing until I called the office around 12:30 today to see what was happening. The young man called to say he would be late due to an office meeting. He did finally arrive, and he apologized profusely for all the mix ups. His work was STELLAR, but communication with the office was horrendous! I have usually always had the office call to keep me updated. Brian was a fantastic technician and he even fixed another problem I had been having. His work was absolutely worth the wait. Thank you to Brian!!

We had an excellent experience with Kurtis who quickly and efficiently replaced our sump pump. His service was prompt and he explained the work involved and options we could consider.

We called Superior plumbing after having hot water issue’s. Jeremy was excellent… arrived on time, was honest with the issue we had and even provided photos and videos of our hot water tank and thoroughly explained and educated us on what had happened. After providing a very fair quote, our old tank was exchanged and our new tank was installed all before end of business day! Professional, arrived on time and provided excellent honest service! Superior Plumping will be our go to company for all of our commercial repairs!

George and Abdul were polite, efficient, and extremely knowledgeable. Diagnosed the issue and had everything fixed and ready incredibly fast.

We called Superior because we were experiencing low water pressure and we were able to get an appointment very quickly. Brian came to check things out, and for such a young man, he was very knowledgeable, and extremely polite, he is definitely a keeper. Unfortunately at the end of the day we needed to get a new water softener due to hard water. I am purchasing my water softener from Superior as well simply do to the great service, fingers crossed no more problems. Patty

Conner and Cole came out urgently to our backed up main drain, the guys were super professional and did a great job. They ran a hydrometer and camera to show us the improvements in the drain. GREAT job guys, Highly Recommend
