Professional furnace repair in Kirkland

I called Superior in Trenton, ON very late this Monday night after discovering a cracked and leaking pipe in my basement (but on the wrong side of the shutoff valve), just after calling the city hotline to get the water shut off from the valve under our lawn. I had to leave a voicemail with Superior as it was after hours, but they were prompt to respond the next morning, sent one of their plumbing inspectors out to inspect the issue before 10AM, gave me a quote on the spot and said a team would be back between 6 and 8 that evening to do the repairs. As luck would have it, an earlier appointment opened up, and the team came in early at 2PM, and were all done by 3. They had even recommended I call the city ahead of their arrival to make sure someone could come back to turn the water back on before Superior’s team left. The parts they replaced exactly matched what the early inspector informed me was most likely, and the final bill was spot on to the cent of the morning’s estimate. I would hightly recommend Superior to anyone needing plumbing work done, and will 100% work with them again in the future.

Bruce was used for a commercial plumbing issue. He arrived on time and was pleasant to deal with. Knowledgeable and efficient. We were thankful he was available on such short notice. The reviews were what made us choose Superior, I’m glad the quality was exactly what we experienced as well.

Bruce was amazing!! We had a leak in the kitchen and could not figure it out. Bruce checked it, fixed it, and repeatedly checked it before leaving. Price was fair, and so convenient to have service on Saturday. Helped us with our hot water line also that was not running well. Gave us some advice about our hot water heater also! Went above and beyond!!

Andy was quick to diagnose our shower problem. He was polite, helpful, knowledgeable, and a very chill guy to chat with. Worked hard to get things back up and running as soon as possible.

Alvin the plumber that came to fix our kitchen sink was outstanding. Communication and service timing was top notch. This was a time sensitive request which Alvin was dedicated to fix in time. We received excellent work & are very happy with the results. My husband said the cost was to be $550.00 with the senior discount but I didn’t know that when I signed the bill for 600.00 plus the tax. I was disappointed regarding that but he did a great job & was very friendly and polite.

Brian Aguilar came by today to help fix our sump pump. He was courteous, professional, knowledgeable and was very efficient in fixing what we needed.
