Kurtis from Superior Plumbing came out to fix a clogged drain today for a property we manage. Kurt was on time, professional and provided several options to address the issue. it turns out that the drain had an even bigger problem than a few handfuls of pet hair. We have roots from a massive mature tree in the yard looking for water in the drainage system. Kurt unclogged the drain as much as possible and recommended that we run a camara down there to see what we’re dealing with. The entire process from the initial booking to processing of payment was seamless and straight forward. Clients are happy and so am I.

Brian came to check things out, and for such a young man, he was very knowledgeable, and extremely polite, he is definitely a keeper. Unfortunately at the end of the day we needed to get a new water softener due to hard water.
