We called Superior plumbing after having hot water issue’s. Jeremy was excellent… arrived on time, was honest with the issue we had and even provided photos and videos of our hot water tank and thoroughly explained and educated us on what had happened. After providing a very fair quote, our old tank was exchanged and our new tank was installed all before end of business day! Professional, arrived on time and provided excellent honest service! Superior Plumping will be our go to company for all of our commercial repairs!

Ray was knowledgeable and professional. He explained and fixed the problem with my sink. Ray was friendly and polite and because of the great service I’ve received I would definitely use superior plumbing and heating again.

On the 27th of Jan. we awoke to a bathroom sink that wouldn’t drain away. We tried several things ourselves, as we had done before but nothing worked. With 5 people living here at the moment, we knew we had to get it done as quickly as possible. We opened the internet and Superior Plumbing and Heating was one of the first companies to appear. We called and were told that a plumber would be there by 1pm. Brian called a few minutes before that to say he was on his way. He assessed the situation and wrote out the price estimate. We agreed to the terms and paid half. On the 28th he arrived as he stated, with the equipment he needed and worked diligently for about 1 1/2 hours. The drain was tested. The sink drained well and there were no leaks.

I give Kevin 5 stars. He is very pleasant. Knows his job. Get it done in a timely manner. Very helpful.

I spent majority of a Saturday morning phoning “emergency ” plumbers just to be told they don’t service Marmora or work weekends. When I reached out to Superior Plumbing they told me they would have a plumber out to me. I had barely sat down to wait when I got the call from Eric saying he would be at my home in 25 minutes. On arrival he spoke to my Landlord with me to advise what he was going to do and get approval from him. Eric was very patient and understanding. He assessed the problem and dealt with the issue. As I stood, watched and asked questions, (something that can be irritating to even the best tradesman), Eric pleasantly explained what he was doing. He took great care of our thrones and the marble floors on which they were resting. To my surprise he was prepared for any spillage. There was next to no mess and he sterilized the floor and base of my throne before putting on the wax sealer and setting it back in it’s place gently. I can’t even begin to express how impressed I am about that! Kudos to you Eric and many thanks! Ann
