I’m so pleased with the service we got from Superior Plumbing. They were excellent. I called them about a broken flow valve in the toilet tank and they had Kurtis out the same day to have a look at it. Kurtis was extremely friendly and professional. He had great customer service skills explaining everything he needed to fix and options we had. Kurtis fixed the problem quickly and did a great job. I would definitely recommend Kurtis and this company for any plumbing problems. The only issue I had was with the receptionist-I could hardly hear them and they were extremely difficult to understand. Maybe it was their headset or a bad phone line but it sounded like they were mumbling. Otherwise, everything was great! 😊

We needed new shower taps. And we assumed we would need to get the tile repaired afterwards. Since our double faucets were at a lower level they put the new single tap at the same location so we did not need any tile repairs. We prefer the taps at the lower level for taking a bath so it worked out great. Cedric and Matthew who did the work did a great job. We would recommend Superior Plumbing.

Adam was very clear about our options and helped us decide the best way to proceed. He was polite and respectful. We were pleasantly surprised at how quick they were able to respond to our call, which was an urgent situation.

We had a bathroom faucet that was leaking through to the main floor. We called several plumbers but superior were the only ones who could come same day (or even called us back). The plumbers were professional, friendly and never made us feel rushed. Another crew came the next day to install our new faucets. They were also first rate and did a great job. Highly recommend.
