Feb 5, 2024I contacted Superior as my toilet was leaking – the gaskets in the tank were loose and I tried to fix it myself but didn’t have the right tools or just me. I really needed my toilet fixed that day and the plumber arrived right in the middle of the time window provided. For him it was a quick fix…for me not so much. The plumber was courteous, professional and took the time to explain what he did (and why what I did didn’t work). I needed my toilet, so while it was a quick fix to me it was worth the service fee as the leaking was significant. Very happy with Superior.

Dec 27, 2023I was very pleased with Adam. He was very pleasant and got the job done. The only problem was that he was supposed to be there 24 hrs prior to coming, but, in all fairness to Adam, it wasn’t his fault. There was an emergency which was beyond his control. But, I had to keep calling to find out if someone was still coming. I had to delay a trip to help my sister in the hospital for a day. I was very confused when I called and the person answering the phone said “Hi”. I wasn’t sure if I had the right number.i expected the phone to be answered more professionally, like stating the name of the company.
