Called at 930am. Plumber shows up at 1030am. honest + amazing + affordable. Person handling the phone deserve much praises too on picking up the phone within 2 rings, and manage to take down details quickly and assign the work order fast. Alvin ( sorry if I didn’t spell it right ), was great. came to my place, saw the issue, solved it without any hiccups.

We called Superior plumbing after having hot water issue’s. Jeremy was excellent… arrived on time, was honest with the issue we had and even provided photos and videos of our hot water tank and thoroughly explained and educated us on what had happened. After providing a very fair quote, our old tank was exchanged and our new tank was installed all before end of business day! Professional, arrived on time and provided excellent honest service! The first person we met came to look at the problems. He was very professional, and was able to identify the cause very quickly. He also proposed several possibilities including my own quick fix for one of the issues (which I did and it worked!) I received an estimate so I knew what to expect. The next day the workers came and did the work efficiently. They were respectful and were able to identify additional problems which became evident once the work began – the joys of an old house! Anyway – they needed to come a 2nd day but finally everything was repaired and is now working great! I will definitely use this company again when future plumbing issues arise.
