Bruce was used for a commercial plumbing issue. He arrived on time and was pleasant to deal with. Knowledgeable and efficient. We were thankful he was available on such short notice. The reviews were what made us choose Superior, I’m glad the quality was exactly what we experienced as well.

Briancame today and helped us with a backed up and leaking kitchen sink. He was very friendly and professional. His work is top notch and looks way better now, compared to what was installed when the house was built. I would happily recommend Brian to anyone in need of plumbing services.

George came to inspect a leak in my basement where scatter mats were wet . Although after his thorough inspection the source could not be found he told me how to monitor the area and call him should it happen again . Knowledgeable and polite .

My only complaint was lack of communication from this company’s office. I had arranged a service call for a Tuesday and was given my appt for between 10-2. By 2, I hadn’t heard from anyone. I called the office twice, once it was disconnected and the second time, no one answered. Thankfully the service technician called me to tell me he was running quite behind. He called again to say that he ended up at the wrong address, trust me, that has happened many times being part of the amalgamation with Hamilton. But, by that time, it was going to be quite late, so he offered to make me his first appt on Wed, but he needed to speak to the office. And I heard nothing until I called the office around 12:30 today to see what was happening. The young man called to say he would be late due to an office meeting. He did finally arrive, and he apologized profusely for all the mix ups. His work was STELLAR, but communication with the office was horrendous! I have usually always had the office call to keep me updated. Brian was a fantastic technician and he even fixed another problem I had been having. His work was absolutely worth the wait. Thank you to Brian!!

I had a leak from my garage pipe into my freshly completed basement 🤨 I called superior and the sent Ray out. He was polite and friendly and explained everything to me. An appointment was booked for the next day. Andrew came out as scheduled within the timeframe 1pm-5pm and was also very polite, friendly and informative. Fixed the problem and cleaned up. Beautiful. I will definitely use their services again. Great customer service!!
