Had a pretty grim shower/toilet plug and Brandon, the plumber on the scene, was awesome. Explained what he was doing. Unfortunately, a larger snake would be needed which would have made a second visit necessary. Originally planned for Thursday, he realized how much my situation sucked and was able to squeeze his schedule around to get me in same day and got everything sorted for me. Super-impressed with his desire to get me running again and saving me so much stress. THAT’S customer service!
