My only complaint was lack of communication from this company’s office. I had arranged a service call for a Tuesday and was given my appt for between 10-2. By 2, I hadn’t heard from anyone. I called the office twice, once it was disconnected and the second time, no one answered. Thankfully the service technician called me to tell me he was running quite behind. He called again to say that he ended up at the wrong address, trust me, that has happened many times being part of the amalgamation with Hamilton. But, by that time, it was going to be quite late, so he offered to make me his first appt on Wed, but he needed to speak to the office. And I heard nothing until I called the office around 12:30 today to see what was happening. The young man called to say he would be late due to an office meeting. He did finally arrive, and he apologized profusely for all the mix ups. His work was STELLAR, but communication with the office was horrendous! I have usually always had the office call to keep me updated. Brian was a fantastic technician and he even fixed another problem I had been having. His work was absolutely worth the wait. Thank you to Brian!!

He was punctual, conducted a meticulous assessment of the problem, and thoroughly explained the details of his findings as well as what would need to be done to correct the problem. We called Superior Plumbing at 6:30pm and were given a plumber in under 24 hours. Andy, our plumber, phoned in advance to let us know of his arrive time. Right away, his communication was welcoming, clear and confident. When he arrived, he was thorough and informative and told us of all of our options. We highly recommend using his service.

This was my first experience with superior plumbing & Heating and i was very satisfied with the quality of service that i received . Connor – the technician provided excellent customer service was knowledgeable and very helpful. He explained the issue very clearly and fixed that if I will have any issues with plumbing and heating in future I will definitely go with superior plumbing & Heating and recommend them.
