Ian and Alvin rescued us from my kids wash basin clog. The other companies I contacted gave me a very high estimate to even come and check. Everyone had a lead time for 2 days but they came straight after the call. Both Alvin and Ian explained the process to me and how they would try to not use a snake until they tried all other options. They cleared the clog within minutes and advised me to have the right tools to manage any future situation at home. I’m so happy and would recommend them to anyone look for plumbing help.

We discovered that our sump pump was running continously with smoke coming from it on Saturday afternoon. We had been flooded a year prior due to a power outage and our entire basement flooded ruining our finished basement so we were greatly concerned with it happening again. We reached out to Superior Plumbing and they were very quick to schedule us an appointment the same day. Sean arrived and was very professional and helpful from the beginning. He assessed our problem quickly, gave us our quote and installed our new sump within and hour and a half. He cleaned up after himself and set our minds to ease with our new pump. I cannot thank Sean and Superior enough for coming to the rescue on such short notice and I would happily recommend them to anyone with sump pump issues.

Our tankless heater went down and over the course of several days Superior had 2 different techs come out to try and repair. Superior had to contact the manufacturer who also sent a tech out but was unsuccessful in repairing. After the manufacturer failed to rectify Superior stepped up and replaced the unit themselves. Special thanks go out to manager Samantha and tech Daniel who really helped to get us up and running again.
