We discovered that our sump pump was running continously with smoke coming from it on Saturday afternoon. We had been flooded a year prior due to a power outage and our entire basement flooded ruining our finished basement so we were greatly concerned with it happening again. We reached out to Superior Plumbing and they were very quick to schedule us an appointment the same day. Sean arrived and was very professional and helpful from the beginning. He assessed our problem quickly, gave us our quote and installed our new sump within and hour and a half. He cleaned up after himself and set our minds to ease with our new pump. I cannot thank Sean and Superior enough for coming to the rescue on such short notice and I would happily recommend them to anyone with sump pump issues.

Sean did a great job. He cleared the kitchen sink drain with the hydro jet, but then push the sludge further down stream, blocking the main drain line. He almost had to remove the basement toilet to unblock the line, worked hard at snaking the kitchen sink drain line to finally unblock the main drain. He showed me what the flushing brought back and explained the cause of the blockage. Highly recommended.

Our tankless heater went down and over the course of several days Superior had 2 different techs come out to try and repair. Superior had to contact the manufacturer who also sent a tech out but was unsuccessful in repairing. After the manufacturer failed to rectify Superior stepped up and replaced the unit themselves.
