We called Superior Plumbing & Heating of Gatineau for our clogged kitchen sink and they response was speedy, efficient and professional. They sent one of their Technician/Plumber, a gentleman named Sean and he did a tremendous work. Sean first explained the different type of work that might be required to be done as well the various costs. What I thought was going to be an easy unclogging job ended up being a four hour work. After a careful assessment of the damage done in the drainage system, the technician had to apply a hydro jet treatment to clear the blockage. The technician went the extra mile to solve our problem and all the time was educating us on what had caused the blocage and what to do to avoid it. Overall, we are highly satisfied with the service provided and would recommend without hesitation Superior Plumbing for anyone facing a tough plumbing problem.

Eathon was knowledgeable and very helpful – he thoroughly checked our pipes & drains and also provided expert advice on how to make sure things were kept clear in the future. He gave us piece of mind for something that would otherwise have been a huge issue (water leakage). Would defnitely recommend Superior plumbing!

Bruce was amazing!! We had a leak in the kitchen and could not figure it out. Bruce checked it, fixed it, and repeatedly checked it before leaving. Price was fair, and so convenient to have service on Saturday. Helped us with our hot water line also that was not running well. Gave us some advice about our hot water heater also! Went above and beyond!!

Jeremy was excellent… arrived on time, was honest with the issue we had and even provided photos and videos of our hot water tank and thoroughly explained and educated us on what had happened. I was happy with the way Kurtis explained what would have to be done to fix the pump in our downstairs bathroom. He was friendly, polite and easy to talk with. He answered my questions in terms that I could understand.
