On a very cold Feb 3rd morning in Ottawa this year (2025) our kitchen water supply needed immediate attention. I Googled and chose the first place offering emergency service. The woman who answered the phone was not in Ottawa but promised urgent service here, which she proceeded to set up for the same day late afternoon. She was clear and efficient, and a pleasure to deal with. Farid arrived on time. He is by far the best plumber we have ever had-intelligent, thorough, and capable -faced with a quickly assessed need for faucet replacement, a thorough check on all the supply piping both in the kitchen and in the crawl space under the kitchen (an addition to main house) and for which he easily found his way through 2-3 ft. high snow drifts with no complaints. He had an excellent replacement faucet in his truck and proceeded to answer all my questions about its use and functioning and installed it with skill and respect for the tight support space. If we have any future plumbing needs we know who to contact- Superior Plumbing and Heating, and who to ask for-Farid! Thanks for all round excellent service. This review delayed due to not finding my record of the place to send it to!

I tried calling another company before Superior and luckily they were terrible so I called this company instead. I made an appointment and my plumber Fareed was very friendly and helpful. He was able to find my hot water valve and main valve even though I didn’t know myself, so I’m happy to know where those are now. He replaced my upstairs toilet valve and toilet. He went and got me a whole new toilet and took the old one away. Total was a little less than 2k (ow). Nobody likes to deal w plumbing issues and this was my first, but at least Fareed made it painless. I’ll probably call them again if I have any more issues (I hope I don’t!)
