When my basement sink started draining extremely slowly, I booked a service call. Dominic handled the appointment and cleared a deep clog that standard plunging couldn’t fix. He explained what caused the blockage and gave helpful maintenance advice.

I’m so pleased with the service we got from Superior Plumbing. They were excellent. I called them about a broken flow valve in the toilet tank and they had Kurtis out the same day to have a look at it. Kurtis was extremely friendly and professional. He had great customer service skills explaining everything he needed to fix and options we had. Kurtis fixed the problem quickly and did a great job. I would definitely recommend Kurtis and this company for any plumbing problems. The only issue I had was with the receptionist-I could hardly hear them and they were extremely difficult to understand. Maybe it was their headset or a bad phone line but it sounded like they were mumbling. Otherwise, everything was great! 😊

The handle of my shower broke, a replacement handle did not fit, and there was very little room to access the plumbing. Time to call a plumber! I submitted a request via the website, I was contacted within 30 minutes, the plumber came within a few hours, and a couple of hours later the problem was solved. Very efficient. I had a meeting while the plumber did the repair, he let himself out when he was done, and they followed up later for payment and to ensure I was happy with the repair. My only criticism is that I suspect that I could have had the repair completed for less money, but given the speed, service and efficiency, it was worth the money.

We wanted to be proactive before spring thaw, so we had them inspect our sump pump and sump pit. They cleaned out debris, tested the pump, and made a few adjustments. It’s running smoothly now and we have peace of mind going into the rainy season.

Matthew came to repipe the plumbing in my kitchen, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. He took the time to assess the situation, explained exactly what needed to be done, and worked efficiently from start to finish. The job was done neatly, with no mess left behind, and he made sure everything was functioning perfectly before wrapping up. You can tell he really knows his trade and takes pride in his work. Since the repipe, the water pressure and drainage have been perfect with zero issues. We had a stubborn clog in the main bathroom that no amount of plunger work could fix. Paul came over and used a snake to clear it out completely in less than 30 minutes. He was very respectful of our home and wore shoe covers, which was a nice touch. Great service and fair pricing for a job well done.
