I had a leak from my garage pipe into my freshly completed basement 🤨 I called superior and the sent Ray out. He was polite and friendly and explained everything to me. An appointment was booked for the next day. Andrew came out as scheduled within the timeframe 1pm-5pm and was also very polite, friendly and informative. Fixed the problem and cleaned up. Beautiful. I will definitely use their services again. Great customer service!!

I cannot say enough great things about Superior’s Technicians. Theo and Cole were absolutely amazing! I asked if I could watch the end assembly of the shower faucet, in order to remove the cartridge. They showed me and explained every question I had. The guys started to clean up and before I knew what was going on they had cleaned up so much. I told them thank you but I could finish. What great young men to go above and beyond. I will be using Superior Plumbing for any and all my plumbing and HCVA needs. Also the same day appointment was fantastic as I had been out of water for 3 days!! I definitely recommend Superior Plumbing to anyone needing their service!! Thank you so much Theo and Cole!!

Our tankless heater went down and over the course of several days Superior had 2 different techs come out to try and repair. Superior had to contact the manufacturer who also sent a tech out but was unsuccessful in repairing. After the manufacturer failed to rectify Superior stepped up and replaced the unit themselves. Special thanks go out to manager Samantha and tech Daniel who really helped to get us up and running again.
