Response to my email request for plumbing services was prompt and a date/time window given for same or next day. My option was for a following day service. Plumber arrived within the given time window. After reviewing the work to be done, he was courteous and patient in explaining the options for solutions. The issue, a leak, was fixed. Highly recommended.

We had Ryan in the Sarnia-Lambton area. He was fabulous. He came out on a Friday, but we needed the town to fix their meter issues. Ryan even followed up with the town and us the Monday following. Highly recommend!!

I’ve used Superior in the past to get a few valves changed, and I was very happy with the result. So, this time around I had to get pipes changed up to meet fire code (don’t ask), and Alvin from Superior was able to redo my pipes in a way that fit my cabinetry, something that didn’t look like it would be possible beforehand. The extra thought and effort put into planning made a real difference.

I had an issue with my guest bathroom toilet. I was able to call and book an appointment the same day. The service man who came out, his name is Adam. He was very professional, called 30 minutes before arriving and asked whether or not if he could wear his shoes or if I preferred he take his outdoor shoes off when entering my home. He assessed the situation and told me what the issue was and the cost to fix the situation. Before, I knew it, the problem was solved. I would definitely recommend Adam and Superior Plumbing & Heating for any plumbing issues.
