– Communication Protocol: All logistics, scheduling, and technical issues are handled strictly by the office. You must maintain professional boundaries and never discuss prices or contract changes directly with the homeowner.
– Performance-Based: We pay for high-quality service and efficiency. We’re looking for partners who are “hungry” for work and capable of handling a high volume without sacrificing quality.
– Professional Conduct: We value disciplined partners who respect the chain of command. We do not pay for egos or “big shot” attitudes. If you focus on fast turnaround and high-quality work, you will thrive here.
Requirements:
– RBQ License: Categories 15.10 and/or 15.4 are required.
– Compliance: $2 million in liability insurance and an up-to-date CNESST record.
– Equipment: Specialized HVAC tools, a reliable truck or van, and a professional team.
– Structure: Be prepared to provide your flat rates for service calls and system replacements (air conditioning, heat pumps, furnaces).
