Job Description
This role combines in-store presence and in-home consultations. When appointments are
scheduled, you will visit customers to assess their needs and present HVAC solutions. When
there are no appointments, you will be present in-store to support lead generation efforts and
engage with customers.
This is a commission-based position with strong earning potential for individuals who are
confident, professional, and performance-driven.
Responsibilities
- Attend scheduled in-home appointments with customers
- Assess heating and cooling needs based on the home and existing systems
- Present and explain HVAC options (furnace, AC, heat pumps, upgrades)
- Provide clear recommendations and pricing
- Answer customer questions and guide them through decisions
- Maintain a professional and confident presence in the home
- Be present at Home Depot store #7075 when not attending appointments
- Support in-store lead generation by engaging with customers as needed
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and professional booth setup
- Work cooperatively with store staff and management
- Coordinate with the office team for scheduling and follow-ups
- Ensure accurate documentation of customer information and job details
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable meeting customers in their homes and working in-store
- Professional appearance and presentation
- Ability to explain options clearly and confidently
- Self-motivated and performance-driven
- Reliable and organized
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- HVAC or in-home sales experience is an asset
Compensation
Commission-based (no cap)
