What You’ll Do:
This is a dynamic role focused on customer interaction and lead generation, not direct sales. Your primary goal is to provide exceptional service, answer questions, and facilitate appointment bookings in close coordination with our office team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys connecting with people and wants to contribute to a growing team by:
- Approaching and engaging customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Initiating conversations about home comfort needs and introducing our HVAC services (e.g., renovations, installations, upgrades)
- Providing clear, basic information about heating, cooling, and indoor air quality solutions.
- Answering general questions from store visitors about our offerings.
- Collecting customer information and generating qualified leads for our service team.
- Booking in-home estimate appointments directly with customers.
- Coordinating scheduling details efficiently with our office team.
- Promoting brand awareness and maintaining a positive, professional presence in-store.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and presentable information booth at all times.
- Ensuring all promotional materials and displays are neat and properly set up.
- Working cooperatively and respectfully with Home Depot store staff and management.
- Representing the company with the highest level of professionalism at all times.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong Communication and People Skills: Ability to engage diverse customers effectively.

- Professional Appearance and Demeanor: Well-presented and able to maintain a professional image.
- Reliable and Punctual: A commitment to consistent attendance and timeliness.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to stay organized and keep the booth area clean and orderly.
- Self-Motivated and Goal-Oriented: Eager to engage customers and achieve lead generation targets.
- Customer Service Experience is an Asset (but not required): Previous experience in customer-facing roles is a plus.
- Physical Ability: Comfortable standing for extended periods during shifts.
Compensation & Perks:
- Competitive Hourly Pay: Starting at $18/hour base pay.
