We are hiring a friendly and professional individual to work inside Home Depot store #7075 – Cornwall at our HVAC information booth.

Your role is to approach store visitors, provide basic information about our services, and help customers book free in-home estimates.

This is not a sales position. Your focus is on customer interaction, answering questions, and booking appointments in coordination with our office team.

Responsibilities

• Approach and engage customers in a professional and friendly manner
• Provide clear, basic information about HVAC services (heating, cooling, upgrades)
• Answer general questions from store visitors
• Collect customer information and generate leads
• Book in-home estimate appointments
• Coordinate scheduling with the office team
• Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable booth at all times
• Ensure all materials and displays are neat and properly set up
• Work cooperatively with Home Depot store staff and management
• Represent the company with professionalism at all times

Compensation
