Unfortunately, a larger snake would be needed which would have made a second visit necessary. We discovered that our sump pump was running continously with smoke coming from it on Saturday afternoon. We had been flooded a year prior due to a power outage and our entire basement flooded ruining our finished basement so we were greatly concerned with it happening again. We reached out to Superior Plumbing and they were very quick to schedule us an appointment the same day. Sean arrived and was very professional and helpful from the beginning. He assessed our problem quickly, gave us our quote and installed our new sump within and hour and a half. He cleaned up after himself and set our minds to ease with our new pump. I cannot thank Sean and Superior enough for coming to the rescue on such short notice and I would happily recommend them to anyone with sump pump issues.
