Our furnace stopped working in December, and he came out the same day to get it completely repaired and back working.His expertise, knowledge and customer service is outstanding! he explained everything thoroughly before getting to work and went through it all with me after the job was completed. Will from Superior plumbing came to our home extremely fast, from the moment we called to moment he was here was like a blink of an eye, we were having issues with out water softening system and Will had diagnosed that with its age and other factors it was time for a replacement! They did an incredible job, got me a new water softener and did a great job of installing it.

We discovered that our sump pump was running continously with smoke coming from it on Saturday afternoon. We had been flooded a year prior due to a power outage and our entire basement flooded ruining our finished basement so we were greatly concerned with it happening again. We reached out to Superior Plumbing and they were very quick to schedule us an appointment the same day. Sean arrived and was very professional and helpful from the beginning. He assessed our problem quickly, gave us our quote and installed our new sump within and hour and a half. He cleaned up after himself and set our minds to ease with our new pump. I cannot thank Sean and Superior enough for coming to the rescue on such short notice and I would happily recommend them to anyone with sump pump issues.
