Project Coordinator

Job Description

We are hiring a professional and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to oversee our Home Depot HVAC program at store #7075 – Cornwall.

This role is responsible for maintaining strong relationships with store management and staff, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, and supporting both in-store and in-home teams.

You will act as the main point of contact between our company and Home Depot, while making sure all processes, standards, and expectations are consistently met.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong working relationships with Home Depot store management and associates
• Act as the primary liaison between the store and our internal team
• Ensure full compliance with Home Depot program requirements and standards
• Oversee daily in-store operations and overall program performance
• Supervise and support Lead Generators and In-Home HVAC Consultants
• Ensure team members are present, prepared, and performing as expected
• Provide guidance, direction, and ongoing support to the team
• Monitor lead flow, appointment scheduling, and overall coordination
• Ensure all paperwork, documentation, and submissions are accurate and completed on time
• Maintain organized records and proper reporting
• Ensure booth setup, branding, and presentation meet required standards at all times
• Address any issues quickly and maintain a smooth working environment

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional, well-presented, and confident in a retail environment
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with management and staff
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Strong sense of accountability and follow-through
• Leadership or supervisory experience is an asset
• Experience in HVAC, retail programs, or coordination roles is an asset
