- Performance-Based Pay: We compensate based on results and successfully completed jobs, not “time on the clock.” We want to partner with highly efficient subcontractors who work with precision and urgency.
- Professional Conduct: We value discipline, mutual respect, and timely delivery. We operate with a strict no-ego policy—our operational systems come first, ensuring a smooth, profitable partnership for everyone involved.
Requirements:
- RBQ License: Category 15.5 is strictly mandatory for all our plumbing partners.
- Compliance & Safety: You must have $2 million in liability insurance and an up-to-date CNESST record.
- Equipment & Crew: A reliable, fully equipped work vehicle, professional-grade tools, and a highly competent team are required.
- Transparent Pricing Structure: Be prepared to provide your standard flat rates for common service calls and plumbing installations.
