- Communication protocol: To keep operations streamlined, all logistics, pricing, and technical matters are strictly handled by the office. You are there to complete the installation, not to negotiate or discuss contract details with the homeowner.
- Performance-based: We pay for results and successfully completed jobs, not for “time on the clock.” We are looking for partners who work with urgency and precision.
- Professional Conduct: We have a zero-tolerance policy for ego or arrogance. We value respect, discipline, and timely delivery. If you prioritize your personal status at the expense of our operational systems, this partnership is not for you.
Requirements:
- RBQ License: Category 15.5 is mandatory.
- Compliance: $2 million liability insurance and an up-to-date CNESST record.
- Equipment: A reliable vehicle, professional tools, and a competent team.
- Structure: Be prepared to provide your flat rates for service calls and standard installations.
