Sean was amazing! He did the inspection, explained what needed to happen. The work could not be done that day, so we booked another appointment for the next day. He was prompt, and again explained what he was doing. He was quick and efficient while being extremely polite. Simply amazing!

Sean did a great job. He cleared the kitchen sink drain with the hydro jet, but then push the sludge further down stream, blocking the main drain line. He almost had to remove the basement toilet to unblock the line, worked hard at snaking the kitchen sink drain line to finally unblock the main drain. He showed me what the flushing brought back and explained the cause of the blockage. Highly recommended.
