Update : The manager called to followup on the review and offered to return the money I paid for the service call and a free service call in the future. They did return the payment as promised. Changing my star from 1-4 for good customer service. Original Review : Very rude behaviour with clients.. I have a running/leaky toilet issue and the person whoever came to check the issue didn’t spend even a minute observing the toilet or tank and just said its a failed fill valve issue and I asked him to explain me how is it causing the issue and he said that’s the plumbing term ‘failed fill valve’ even scientist can’t explain more than this !! 168$ just for them to give this kind of response ?! Can’t explain a customer with patience what failed and why is it causing the issue ?

We had a stubborn clog in the main bathroom that no amount of plunger work could fix. Paul came over and used a snake to clear it out completely in less than 30 minutes. He was very respectful of our home and wore shoe covers, which was a nice touch. Great service and fair pricing for a job well done.
