Called in the morning asking for new plumbing under the kitchen sink of an old house. Within hours, they sent a very polite and knowledgeable technician, named Bruce. In a very respectful manner, he gave me a needed education about kitchen plumbing. Consequently, I took his advice, and he did a great job. I know it is under the sink, but it looks and works 100x better than the old plumbing. For my next job, I will ask specifically for Bruce.
