My water meter started to leak. I was upfront about this on the initial call since I didn’t know any better.A tech was sent out, but this is a City of Barrie domain it turned out. I was charged the fee for the tech to come out. I complained and issued a refund since I should have been told to call the city first. The company made it right and I appreciate that . I would use them again if needed. Signs of a good company, no questions asked on the refund .

Ian and Alvin rescued us from my kids wash basin clog. The other companies I contacted gave me a very high estimate to even come and check. Everyone had a lead time for 2 days but they came straight after the call. Both Alvin and Ian explained the process to me and how they would try to not use a snake until they tried all other options.
