Very rude behaviour with clients.. I have a running/leaky toilet issue and the person whoever came to check the issue didn’t spend even a minute observing the toilet or tank and just said its a failed fill valve issue and I asked him to explain me how is it causing the issue and he said that’s the plumbing term ‘failed fill valve’ even scientist can’t explain more than this !! 168$ just for them to give this kind of response ?! Can’t explain a customer with patience what failed and why is it causing the issue ?
