The handle of my shower broke, a replacement handle did not fit, and there was very little room to access the plumbing. Time to call a plumber! I submitted a request via the website, I was contacted within 30 minutes, the plumber came within a few hours, and a couple of hours later the problem was solved. Very efficient. I had a meeting while the plumber did the repair, he let himself out when he was done, and they followed up later for payment and to ensure I was happy with the repair. My only criticism is that I suspect that I could have had the repair completed for less money, but given the speed, service and efficiency, it was worth the money.
